We used Macmotion, to retrofit, one of our Ice CNC Router Machines. We fell in love with them from day one, as their customer service was out of this world. Very efficient, effective, prompt, caring and professional. The other reason was that they provide free lifetime remote support.

Today I want to say, that they really mean what they said. We have retrofitted our Router to Mach around a year ago, and every step was purely professional, the machine works like, cutting butter, so precise, sweet & smooth. Occasionally, when we need remote support, they will get back to you in a heartbeat within their business hours and will rectify the issue immediately.
