EZ Trak’s proprietary controls are considered one of the better control systems for a bridge port. These systems are user-friendly, easy to use and to program. They are, however, dated and no longer supported.

Texas Tech has a 3 axis EZ Trak Mill with an outdated control system and support that no longer existed AND Texas Tech was left to their own for support and repair of the EZ Trak Mill.

The EZ Trak mill needed to be upgraded to a more modern platform. It needed USB and Ethernet capabilities. The older EZ Traks were great for conversational programming at the machine but could not integrate with additional hardware such as Texas Tech’s addition of a HAAS indexer.

MachMotion provided a complete 4 axis control system with modern connectivity and lifetime support.
