Bridgeport Style Knee Mill, Bed Mill Control Retrofit Upgrade Packages!!!

ITEN is a mold shop that needed to retrofit Bosto-matic 304, 300, 312 and 400 Milling machines. Boston Digital, the manufacturer of Bosto-matic milling machines, commonly used by die shops, ceased to support the machines. ITEN was tired of the hassles with their outdated system and parts were becoming difficult to find.

ITEN was apprehensive about retrofitting and were concerned if the new control solution would perform similarly to the old ones. MachMotion replaced the servo motors, drives, control and electrical cabinet. MachMotion took four weeks to ship the system and ITEN is very pleased with the support and performance of the MachMotion solution.
