What is the installation process?
Our expert installers decommission your machine, removing all the old components including servos, motors, wiring, electrical panel, and controller. We install all the new components, run test cuts and train your team on how to use the control. All of our turn-key installs come with a production-ready guarantee to ensure you have a working machine.
Is remote support included?
Each system we upgrade comes with lifetime remote support. Talk or email with a LIVE technician Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm CST/CDT. The typical response time is around an hour; 4-hour call back is guaranteed. We can remote in and see what you see to get you back up and running when you run into issues.
