Returns Policy

Merchandise may be returned with a 15% restocking fee within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase only after prior consultation with one of our sales representatives. Refunds will be restricted to the purchase price of the returned item minus the restocking fee. If you are returning a product, please fill out the form below and place it in your box.

Make sure to fill out the Product Return Form and place it in the box for any returns shipped to MachMotion. Call MachMotion for your own RMA # and write that number on the box or on the shipping label so your package does not get lost.
